misleading advertising re rooms.overpriced.plumbing bad, toilet blocked, shower flooded, electric jug had to be filled with a cup. dogs/flies in foyer. Bad attitude from a junior, in attendance. No apology. need investigating.Would like a refund & would never stay there again.
