Very poor. Nightwear was taken from our room. AND they charged us twice and gave us a hard time in getting a refund.
Terribly poor experience all around.

we stayed there last week and will never stay there again poor service bad food and still waiting for refund next time we travel we will research reviews better . if any others have bad time at novotel please write a review so that other are not caught out like US

yes we thought it was terrible, stayed during floriade in very hot weather and the whole building's air conditioning was down and had been for a few days. If we were told this prior to check in we wouldnt have stayed, it was uncomfortable, no opening windows and very claustrophobic, staff tried to assist by bringing in fans but I think it is very unfair not to inform people prior to check in.
