Terrible and surly customer service. - Ballarat Colonial Motor Inn and Apartments Ballarat Review

Wouldn’t let family member check in because they didn’t make booking. Requested to stay another night, because family was very tired from long drive. Was charged excessive rate, then woken 20 minutes late by loud door buzzer. Several other Faulty Towers moments!
Excessive and petty extra charges. Late check out ($50 per 20 minutes), to use a sofa bed ($100).
