Oh the HORROR! - Eureka Lodge Motel Ballarat Review

The people who run this place haven't the slightest idea of what they're doing. After using their online booking service which clearly showed available accommodation (or it wouldn't have allowed me to book it), I booked and paid for a holiday for myself and my two young children. I received a call very late at night 3 days before departure to inform me that my accommodation was being held for someone else (who hadn't paid) and to go somewhere else. Given I didn't have the money for more accommodation, I requested a refund, which they said would not be paid until the end of the month (3 weeks later). This place is an utter disgrace when it comes to customer service. Don't trust them.
