I have stayed there 4 times in the last 4 years because of a commitment to friends.
The first time it was fine, but ever since it has been dreadful.
The pool and spa were closed for over half our stay last year...and I got abused for cmplaining about it.
The last three times we've had to complain about filthy furniture (their solution was to offer us a sheet to cover it), dirty floors, windows so covered in salt and grime you could not see out of it (they said they clean the windows once a year!) and sliding doors to the balcony so corroded you can't open them.
Management are apologetic and they try...but they are just not up to the task!
And, by the way, it's not Palm Beach...it's Tallebudgera...probably the worst beach on the Gold Coast (huge rips most times, very windy - uncomfortably so every day after midday, and bluebottles)
