What do you do about reviews not written by a real reviewer?
If you think there is a fraudulent review on our website (ie. a review written by someone who hasn't actually stayed at a property), we encourage you to contact us. Please give us as many details as you can, including the URL of the page in question, the title of the review and any other information that is relevant. We will then investigate the review and take action as required.
Can you remove a review about my hotel?
No. We don't remove reviews at the request of property owners. You are most welcome to submit a reply to a review by clicking the 'submit a reply' link on the actual review page. If we removed reviews on request, this service would become worthless.
Can you remove a hotel from your website?
Unless a hotel has been closed, we will not remove it from our website. We aim to keep our website as a complete travel information resource, so removing hotels is not an option.
