The Scobranic B & B opened up in October 2003, and is located in a semi rural spot just 10 minutes from the centre of Devonport and the Spirit of Tasmania Ferry Terminal.
The property features 2 luxury self contained units, and each unit has a fully equipped kitchen and lounge/sitting room. Large bathroom with separate shower & bath. The 2 Bedroom Apartment has spa bath,washing machine and an additional shower & toilet suitable for a person with a disability. Both units have coloured TV and DVD.
This property is unsuitable for children.
